The excellence of Laylatul qadr is specific to this Ummah. It is for it. It was stated that the Prophet was shown the ages of his Ummah and it was reduced, so he was given the Night of Decree and this was made better than one thousand months.
So if someone is twenty years old, it becomes twenty thousand good deeds for him on this night. This is one of the Favours of Allah, the Blessed be He and Exalted, on this Ummah. Here are Laylatul qadr Hadith in Arabic text and English.
Laylatul Qadr Hadith Bukhari
Below are Hadith from sahih al-Bukhari about laylatul qadr.
Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “Whoever fasted the month of Ramadan out of sincere Faith (i.e. belief) and hoping for a reward from Allah, then all his past sins will be forgiven, and whoever stood for the prayers in the night of Qadr out of sincere Faith and hoping for a reward from Allah, then all his previous sins will be forgiven .”

Aisha reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Search for the Night of Decree in the odd nights among the last ten nights of Ramadan.”

‘Ubadah ibn al-Samit reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, came out to inform people about the Night of Decree in Ramadan, but two Muslim men were insulting each other.
The Prophet said, “Verily, I have come out to tell you about the Night of Decree, but two men were insulting each other. Thus, its knowledge was removed and perhaps it is better for you. Look for it during the seventh, ninth, or fifth night of the last ten nights.”Source: Sahih al-Bukhari 49

Allah, the Most High, has distinguished this Ummah and its Prophet SAW with specific characteristics lacking in earlier generations. All praises belong to Allah, the Lord of all that exists.
It stated that the night of decree is in the month of Ramadan, during the last ten days with particular emphasis on its odd (night) and more emphasis on the twenty seventh night.
However, it shifts within the ten (nights). That is, it could be on the twenty first night this year, the second year twenty third night and the third year twenty fifth night or twenty-seven, or twenty- nine or twenty-four, or twenty-six or twenty-two.
It moves because it is not a specific night. However, it is hoped it would be the twenty seventh night, then the odds (nights) and the hopeful of the last ten nights is seven out of them.
This is because a group among the companions dreamt that the night of decree was among the last seven nights.
So the Prophet SAW said, “I see that your dreams all agree upon the last seven nights. So whoever then seeks the night of Decrees should look for it among the last seven nights.”
This is likely to be every year or that year only. Nevertheless, it is in the last ten nights of Ramadan. It does not occur in the middle or in the first part; rather in the last ten nights.
