What is the difference?
Radiyallah anhu is when one person from amongst those you’ve mentioned is actually a companion.
If two of them were companions such as Abdullah Ibn Abbas, so Abdullah was a companion and his father Abbas was also a companion, we would say Radiyallahu Anhuma.
You can also mention two different companions irrespective of their relationship and put Radiyallahu Anhuma. Example is Abubakar and Umar Radiyallahu Anhuma meaning may Allah be pleased with them (both two).
Radiallahu anhum is for plural, it is used for more than two companions. It is written in Arabic text as رضي الله عنهم and the meaning is may Allah be pleased with them.

And if it is a female, we would say Radiyallahu anha. It is written in Arabic text as رضي الله عنها and means may Allah be pleased with her.

Allah mentions that He is pleased foremost with the Muhajirin, Ansar and those who followed them in faith, and that they are well-pleased with Him, for He has prepared for them the gardens of delight and eternal joy.

This is mentioned is surah Taubah verse 100 where he said;
- وَٱلسَّٰبِقُونَ ٱلۡأَوَّلُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُهَٰجِرِينَ وَٱلۡأَنصَارِ وَٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّبَعُوهُم بِإِحۡسَٰنٍ رَّضِىَ ٱللَّهُ عَنۡهُمۡ وَرَضُواْ عَنۡهُ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُمۡ جَنَّٰتٍ تَجۡرِى تَحۡتَهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَآ أَبَدًاۚ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلۡفَوۡزُ ٱلۡعَظِيمُ.
And the first forerunners [in the faith] among the Muhajireen and the Ansar and those who followed them with good conduct – Allah is pleased with them and they are pleased with Him, and He has prepared for them gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide forever. That is the great attainment.

Difference Between Alaihissalam and Radi Allahu Anhu.
The difference between Alaihissalam and radiyallahu anhu is Alaihissalam can be used with anybody. According to Assim Al Haqim, there’s no restriction and problem in that since it is dua.
Unfortunately, later, somewhere down the line, this was preserved for messengers, prophets, Angels, and righteous people.
So when we say Mariam, the mother of Jesus, we say Mariam Alaihassalam, when we mentioned the name of Angel Jibril, we say Jibril alayhis salaam.
While Radiyallahu is attached to the names of the companions of our beloved prophet, Muhammad SAW.
